JM Autumn Tour 2025
In a program titled “Lo van Gorp sings: Icons of the 70s and 80s,” Jong Metropole, under the direction of young conductor Sam Gale (protégé of Jules Buckley), will perform songs by artists such as Sting and Paul Simon.
The program will also delve into the Metropole Orchestra's archive, as in addition to the major hits of these songwriters, there will be instrumental pieces that stylistically match the program, and there will be room for instrumental solos by the orchestra musicians.
For those who don’t know Lo yet, he is perhaps the most sought-after backing vocalist in the Netherlands, who is also building his own career: just take a look at Lo van Gorp's website.
The fall tour will take place in the second week of December 2025, with concerts on December 11, 12, and 14.
